Job Description:
- In charge of the business related to carriers and KA customer in Costa Rica.
- Responsible for annual, quarterly and monthly retail planning, expense management, resource management, etc.
- Responsible for channel&store resource procurement and replacement, field force, etc.;
- Responsible for promotion management, to formulate KPI and the assessment, personnel recruitment, training, etc.;
- Planning retail strategies for new product launch, do the process execution and results review.
Job Requirements:
- More than 3 years of retail experience with consumer electronics especially mobile phone brands;
- Be able to use English and Spanish as a working language;
- Good at managing customer relationships with carrier and KA customers;
- Have great coordiation skills to do cross-department communication.
