To develop the future of the company and also ride hailing business in Brazil, Driver Lab team has been pioneering new projects and continually improving our solutions to consolidate competitive advantage, mainly for driver's partners. As a Driver Lab Marketing Senior Manager you will have a great opportunity to leave your mark on this journey. You are going to work with a multifunctional team, in an agile environment and with a test & learn scalable mindset. You will be responsible for leading marketing strategy & planning and guide your own team to effectively execute some key projects of the company, aiming to grow the business and innovate in the ride hailing market .
- Lead marketing strategy and implementation of plans focused on leverage electric vehicles fleet in Brazil and 99's pioneering perception; proactively contributing with marketing and brand feasible initiatives to accelerate this business infrastructure development in the country
- Build and nurture relationships with Aliança pela Mobilidade Sustentável focal point partners, aiming to enable cross company brand actions
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and plan for fuel solutions launches, considering sales team requirements, selected cities regional necessities, efficient and scalable execution, drivers communication optimization and frequently tracking of marketing actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with driver lab, insights, marketing, didi studios and PR teams to pilot assertive innovations of driver's solutions, aiming to build competitive advantage and correct brand perception
- Proactivity diagnose and implement well defined ways of working & governance between correlated areas to ensure effectiveness on people and project managements
- 8+ years of proven success in marketing, ideally within campaign, communication, trade marketing and advertising management or mobility industries.
- Strong skills in marketing, strategic thinking and project management is required, as well as a hands on, organized and data driven profile. Previous experience in a gile methodology applications is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate on organization and tailor messaging to diverse audiences to transmission of your own ideas
- Proven experience on team management and people development
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
