Your Role and Responsibilities
The Academic Enablement Instructional Designer is able to design and develop presentations, web, video, and graphics assets needed to onboard faculty, students, and professional developers on to one or more programs,
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with program managers to identify and develop assets to onboard faculty and students;
- Building assets and experiences that meet individual geographic and global needs;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders in technology platform, content, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to develop and publish assets;
- Reporting program metrics and driving continuous improvements based on lessons learned.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Expertise in tools to develop presentations, videos, graphics, and other assets;
- Understanding of audience personas in academia and developer community;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to collaborate with current and potential partners, ecosystem colleagues, and fellow marketers to learn, co-create, and share feedback;
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization;
- Advanced/ fluent English;

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Familiarity with AI and cloud technology;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to stretch the role, constantly reimagining what it can deliver;
