Graphic Designer - Product Development

Position: Graphic Designer - Product Development
Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer specializing in Product Development, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful labels. This role requires expertise in managing large-scale graphics for packaging, ensuring flawless execution for a production scale of + 1M units. The successful candidate will have a background in the printing industry, preferably with experience in multinational corporations, emphasizing strong quality control.
Key Duties:
1. Design and develop labels for packaging, adhering to industry standards and specifications.
2. Collaborate with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
3. Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and precision of artwork for large-scale printing.
4. Engage in continuous performance evaluation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design for large-scale printing, particularly in the packaging industry.
- Background in a multinational corporation with exposure to international standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of working with precision.
- Fluent or native English proficiency.
Team Collaboration:
You will be an integral part of the Product Development team led by one of the founders, alongside legal, designers in the U.S. Regular communication and collaboration with the team are essential for success in this role.
