Job description

· Lead and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Define and execute data analysis strategies that support business objectives, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

· Oversee the design and maintenance of data systems and databases; ensure accuracy and accessibility of data.

· Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights; translate data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.

· Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

· Present findings and recommendations to senior management using visualization tools and presentations to influence business strategies.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, analytical methods, and industry best practices to keep the analytics team ahead of the curve.
