We have a position for Brink's of HRIS Senior Consultant - Workday: Principal Accountabilities System Management: Oversee the administration and configuration of the Workday HRIS, ensuring it aligns with business needs. Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations to maintain optimal system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with IT support teams. Manage relationships with HRIS vendors, including Workday, and ensure contracts and service agreements are up to date. Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of HR data within the HRIS. Implement data validation and quality control measures. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures. Reporting and Analytics: Create and manage HRIS reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends, metrics, and KPIs. Work with HR and business leaders to identify reporting requirements and implement solutions. Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline HR processes and workflows within the HRIS. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for data management. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology. Training and User Support: Train HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices. Provide support to end-users, including troubleshooting system issues, answering queries, and delivering user training. Collaborate with the IT helpdesk to resolve technical issues related to the HRIS. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal security policies. Monitor and address security vulnerabilities, working with IT to implement necessary safeguards. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field. A master’s degree can be a plus. Proven experience in HRIS administration, particularly with the Workday platform. Strong understanding of HR and business processes. Knowledge of data governance, data analytics, and reporting tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations. Project management experience is a plus. Language: Proficient in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a nice to have. Workday certification(s) preferred. Work Location Remote (The candidate can live anywhere in Brazil with availability for regional/global travel as required). Who are we?
