Job Description:
§ Supervise on-site and remote installation and commissioning of EV Chargers.
§ Organize and guide service partners to troubleshoot technical problems.
§ Train service partners and colleagues in the technical expertise of charging stations
§ Coordinate with GTS (Global Technical Support) in the Headquarter to obtain technical support and fix problems reported by customers.
§ Perform in-depth analyses on the charging stations (analysis of downloaded logs or direct connection to the station) and work closely with our Helpdesk team.
§ Create detailed reports for occurring technical issues and contribute to its in-depth analysis as well as its solution, work closely with Sales team for customer concerns.
§ Contribute to the implementation of the service's documentation and to the improvement of its operation.
§ Ensure the reporting of product non-conformities (technical, functional) and the characterization of bugs, starting from the commissioning of the products.
Job Requirements
§ Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics or equivalent.
§ Fresh graduated are welcome.
§ 2 years or above of relevant working experience in installation and commissioning; electrical vehicles or charging pile industry preferred.
§ Understanding of electrical schematic, basic knowledge of charging standards.
§ Low voltage electrician certificate preferred.
§ Willingness to travel across American region.
§ Fluency in English will be an added advantage.
