Job description
We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Analyst who will report to the HR Manager in Brazil and who will be responsible to manage the entire HR Administrative support services related to the employment life cycle of the Brazilian employees.
You will develop trustworthy relationships while having the ability to understand business strategies and employees needs. You will support the HR Manager to deliver and monitor the ongoing process of the regional HR strategies.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Support HR Services:
Manage and provide a high standard of HR administrative support services for all stages of the employment life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, reward & recognition, employee retention and off boarding.
Manage payroll functions and reports, providing information for payroll calculation and making sure the reports are updated and accurate.
Responsible for HR processes, analytics, reporting and system support.
Coordinate items related to expatriates, including relocation activities, visa/work permits processes and expenses tracking.
Be an HR Business Partner:
Build and maintain strong relationships and be considered by the business as a trusted advisor.
Lead the delivery of best in class employee experiences associated with the employee life cycle. This includes:
participating in the recruitment process;
onboarding new starter employees in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team;
developing and executing tailored engagement strategies;
ensuring Health and Safety principles are practiced and adhered to.
Manage HR Initiative:
Understand the business strategy and in collaboration with the HR Manager translate the business strategy into actionable and aligned people plans, programs, and tools.
Maintain a strong network of internal and external partners to support the delivery of HR initiatives.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Hold a university degree or equivalent experience in a related field: Human Resources, Industrial relations, Business Administration or other
3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience
Knowledge of local HR laws and regulations
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Fully proficient with MS office, any experience with SuccessFactors or any other database system is an asset
Well organized and structured. Strong drive to successfully deliver results in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple priorities
