- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Provide speech therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
???? Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Pennsylvania.
- CCC's (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is required.
- Previous experience in a senior living or similar setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
