Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify business opportunities, decision factors, and success criteria and execute an action plan accordingly;
Leverage proactive projects to generate new business opportunities;
The ability to bring market insights and connect with our strategy generating innovation and different business models;
Develop a strong and trusting customer relationship with other areas, including marketing and senior leadership;
Build and manage sales budget, monitor sales, and profitability versus objectives;
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters's degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing Food Engineer; Chemical Engineer);
Mandatory sales experience in the flavor/ingredient market;
Fluent English.
