Monitor and manage E2E of sub-project PO fulfillment. Organize and make good shipping planning in PO fulfillment progress to make order shipping and delivery commitment and balance inventory to achieve project target; monitor PO production progress, including raw material forecast, preparation status to make sure good PO fulfillment progress in order; be responsible for shipping and delivery in complete PO (Sequence). Organize and coordinate key project PO fulfillment, provide accurate E2E PO fulfillment process status and information. Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of supply chain experience Strong negotiation and influencing skills Good experience on planning, PO fulfillment and be familiar on telecom equipment. Able to work under high pressure Fluent English Experience in international multiple culture company is preferred.
