About the job As we scale our presence in the Brazilian market, we are seeking a Customer Success specialist to join the Credix team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our Customer Experience infrastructure and you'll be instrumental in building a robust CX framework tailored to our unique needs. We're seeking a candidate who thrives on challenges and is excited about the prospect of creating something from the ground up, with the full support of our team. You will report directly to the COO. Requirements +8 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or client service leadership role, ideally in the FinTech, SaaS, or financial services industry. Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and verbal), Spanish is a plus. Proven track record of building and leading successful customer success or account management teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives. Product mindset with experience in using customer success software and analytics tools to monitor performance and identify improvement areas. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performing customer success and collections team from the ground up. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for customer success and collections management, in alignment with Credix's objectives. Thoroughly document processes and workflows for all stakeholders. Develop and deploy scalable processes to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our hyper-growth operation. Design and implement experiences, making data-driven decisions to increase CX performance and collections returns. Excel in thinking creatively to develop effective solutions and strategies for improving our collections performance. Design effective strategies for customer journey and collections management, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments. Provide regular reports to executive leadership, offering valuable insights for decision-making.
