Minimum experience of experience in the area: 1 to 2 years;
Advanced English;
Fluency in spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
Intermediate experience in the main channels of UA: Facebook, Google, Unity, AppLovin, Ironsource, Tiktok and etc;
Intermediate knowledge about the development of dashboards through Dataviz tools.
Campaign Management/Analysis, including campaign optimization and monitoring, budget allocation, A/B testing and identification of new channels;
Ability to manage and effectively optimize daily UA budgets of a few thousand dollars with clear goals;
Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders. For example, talking to partners on how to improve campaigns and collect the latest insights, work together with Game Teams in Aligning UA and Product Strategies, reporting UA performance with Games and Product Marketing teams;
Contribute to idealization and creative strategy: You will have a chance to work closely with marketing artists to test our next ads;
Promote a culture of experimentation in the main existing channels, while idealizing and establishes new UA funnels for games;
Pro activity and mindset of making it happen;
Understanding the main ASO levers that can imply in UA, such as store conversion and ranking;
Basic knowledge about skan and its implications for the UA processes;
SQL language prior experience and basic knowledge about programming and data modeling (Desirable).
