The Listing Programs team is responsible to manage listing related programs that contributes to creation of millions of SKUs at Amazon BR. Person will manage a team of 3 direct reports and will work with cross functional teams around the globe. Person and team builds tools and processes to ease listing onboarding process. As Listing Sr Program Manager you will articulate and deliver comprehensive opportunities that link Listing, Catalog quality and Selection growth to other aspects of Selling partner experience. The ideal candidate learns quickly and easily adapts to change, has experience leading a tech and non-tech people, is comfortable working with global stakeholders, has built and tracked mid and long-term plans for product, process and/or program development, earns trust through performance and relationship building, take actions based upon data and communicates with and is able to influence employees at all levels of the Books organization and central catalog teams. Key job responsibilities- • Cross functional project delivery experience;
- • Years of program, product or project management experience;
- • Working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience;
- • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
- • Experience managing teams;
- • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
- • Driving process improvements experience;
- • Experience owning technology products;
- • Knowledge of SQL;
- • Experience in leveraging Robotic Process Automation to drive productivity;
- • Master's degree in, business, engineering, or related technical field.
