Type : Hybrid (3 times week in the office)

OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:
Ensuring that the Scrum team has a clear understanding of the product vision and goals,
and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI
Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
Analyze the competition in order to make the product worthy of the global competition;
Lead Cost of Delay, Cost Benefit Analysis, Competitive analysis, ROI to identify usage scenarios;
Create User Stories, and lead Sprint Grooming, Product Roadmap sessions with the Agile labs;
Work with UX/UI colleagues with an increased maturity in Hi Fidelity mock-ups and build next gen Project Management niche software;
Participate in Scrum meetings and Product sprints;
Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
2+ years of experience hands on a software product owner (ideally SaaS)
Fluent in English both orally and in writing;
Knowledge of French is an asset;
Have a customer-oriented approach;
KEY SKILLS:
Experience in start-up environment
In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
Understanding of business value related to features and functions
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of delivery stakeholders
Ability to understand and translate business needs, problems at both the process and technical level;
