HR Manager
You will be a part of the Brazil HR team, reporting into Brazil’s head of HR, where you will lead and inspire a team that will support the business into a digital transformation, placing people and talent as a priority for this to happen.
Your role:
- Implementing and executing our people strategy with HR Business Partner, management and other stakeholders; a c ting as a sparring partner for HR Business Partners and managers on local implications and solutions for all employee relations procedures.
- Working closely with the business to understand and address business issues and support cluster organizational capabilities development with HR interventions.
- Managing local labor relations activities.
- Supporting and facilitate the development of managers in people management and manager self-service.
- Participating in HR-projects on a business cluster/Regional level, collaborating with HR community in the US, Netherlands, India, etc.
You're the right fit if:
- Informatics Software Business background is required. Healthcare industry background is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. Master degree is a plus.
- Meaningful experience leading small to medium virtual and local teams.
- Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy (Workforce Planning) and change management and Relevant experience leading a HR digital transformation in an organization
- Fluency in English is a must. Spanish is desired.
- Be based / willing to relocate to Blumenau, Santa Catarina.
