Portfolio go-to-market: Develop go-to-market strategies for product portfolios and solutions related to the ICT solution market; develop go-to-market materials and marketing tools that meet the requirements of customers/partners in the business market; complete capability introduction and brand building for field offices and channel partners through enablement and marketing events. Support the achievement of the product line's business goals in the commercial market. 2. Circle building: Focus on key industries such as finance, healthcare, education, and manufacturing vertical etc, plan and implement circle activities in key countries around the world, build local user and partner technical communication circles, guide industry consensus, implement recommendation-based marketing, and stimulate sales leads. 3. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth. 4. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and analyze competitor strategies. 5. Create compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. 7. Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising. 8. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 9. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. 10. Stay informed about industry developments and best practices, and continuously innovate to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2. 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on strategic planning and campaign management. 3. Proven track record of driving results through integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives. 4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 6. Experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals. 7. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. 8. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms.
