Job description
RADICI Plastics Ltda is the Brazilian Company of the High Performance Polymers Business Unit of RadiciGroup, one of the world’s leading producers of a wide range of chemical intermediates, polyamide polymers, engineering plastics, synthetic fibres, with approximately 3,000 employees, and a network of production and sales sites located throughout Europe, North America, South America and Asia.
The Quality Analyst is responsible for implementing quality control models and tools, ensuring continuous improvement policies and techniques. He/she performs process mapping, prepares work instructions, carries out analysis and control of nonconformities, conducts and monitors internal and external audits.
The candidate will report directly to the Quality Manager of Radici Plastics Ltda.
Responsabilities
- perform ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 internal audits and production process audits;
- use the Masp (Methodology for Problem Analysis and Resolution) tool in order to identify and propose alternatives to any problem;
- develop and approve work instructions and procedures;
- develop the approval process defined PPAP (Product Part Approval Process);
- support the development of improvement projects;
- conduct team meetings to discuss preventive and corrective actions, ensuring greater integration of Quality, Production and Administration areas in problem solving;
- lead the execution of work plans, monitoring the progress of each phase;
- monitor indicators and performance.
Technical Knowledge
- full degree (or in progress) in Administration, Chemistry, Polymer or Manufacturing Engineering;
- previous experience in integrated management system and first, second and third party audit routines;
- knowledge of AIAG manuals (FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP);
- intermediate computer skills and MS-Office.
Job requirements
- experience in plastics and/or automotive industry/sector is considered a plus;
- availability to work on-site;
- mandatory driver's license.
