Role Overview: We're on the hunt for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent in CRM, RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Sales Ops. This role is pivotal in supporting RevBlack's growth, ensuring we bring on board individuals who are not just skilled but are true cultural fits. As part of your role, you'll also oversee our Curitiba office's day-to-day operations, ensuring our environment is conducive to innovation, collaboration, and hard work. What You'll Do: Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and hire top talent in CRM, RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Sales Ops, enriching our team with professionals who embody our culture of hard work and innovation. Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our growth objectives, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Work closely with our leadership team to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and set recruitment goals. Office Management: Manage day-to-day office operations, including mail handling, coordinating team activities, and ensuring our workspace remains a hub of productivity and creativity. Serve as the go-to person for office inquiries, fostering an environment that supports our hardworking culture. Who You Are: A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for backgrounds in tech or SaaS industries. Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and an understanding of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps landscapes. Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to articulate our culture and values to potential candidates. A proactive problem-solver who embraces challenges and is comfortable working outside their comfort zone. A culture champion who not only lives by our values but inspires others to do the same.
