About you
To support the company's growth, Diabolocom is looking for new talent to join the Presales team, at the very core of our selling process. This position is open to engineering graduates, offering a unique opportunity for individuals with a technical background to contribute to our expanding team.
At Diabolocom, you will:
- Understand/discover prospect business challenges and define the most appropriate solution to bring value based on AI and contact center solution abilities
- Work closely alongside an experienced sales team
- Actively participate in the sales process, working on both the written and oral responses to RFQs
- Prepare and deliver presentations of the solution to strategic accounts
- Support the sales team on the main technical aspects of the solution, as well as our integration into the clients’ software platform and their telecom infrastructure
- Bring market intelligence back to the product team for future optimization of our solution
- Build AI customer journeys for demos
What we are looking for:
- Engineering School Degree
- 3+ years' Presales experience in a web/telecom environment
- Excellent oral and written communication in French and English, and ability to summarize
- Strong interpersonal skills
