- Manage and execute the 1P and 3P e-commerce operations of our customers focusing on the main e-commerce levers (listing, inventory, pricing, merchandising, promotion, media, etc.) for Amazon, Mercado Libre and other key e-retailers in LATAM.
- Act as a business partner of our brands, always proposing new ways to improve their online sales and educating clients on marketplace subjects
- Connect and facilitate the relationship between brands and retailers
- Connect with the global Flywheel team to share client best practices
- Work on transversal projects to increase the team efficiency through new processes or methodologies
- Manage and support the development of the specialists helping them to better attend our clients.
