DESCRIPTION

AMZL BR is looking for a data-oriented routing expert with the objective of driving performance in our Last Mile delivery operation. As a Routing Specialist, the individual will build mechanisms to improve processes across multiple delivery stations and other last mile nodes. In this position, the individual will drive execution and efficiency through data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving. The role will be accountable for cost, customer experience, and delivery partner experience, both in daily execution and long-term step-function improvements. This specialist will also own all routing systems, including their continuous improvement, in order to support the company's growth plans and will ultimately support improvements across all last mile metrics.

Must have prior experience in Routing and/or Fleet Management at a Last or Middle Mile logistics operation.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and supervise routing execution and productivity in all stations/nodes in BR.
- Deep dive intra-day and intra-week trends and create action plans to address operational issues in coordination with Delivery Stations, Partner teams, and OTR ACES.

You will work closely with all AMZL teams to offer support and expertise and gain an insight into bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Some of these teams include:

- Station Ops
- Last Mile team/Delivery Service Providers (DSP)
- Learning
- Finance
- Loss Prevention

Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) is a team of highly qualified individuals whose main goal is to ensure quality control and continuous improvement. We do this by keeping a close eye on metrics, making sure that we are constantly raising the bar on performance and efficiency. We are also responsible for the adoption of new technology and procedures as well as supporting our peers with subject matter expertise.

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
- Advanced English
