Position Retail Marketing Manager Job Description The manager will be responsible for the retail strategy in Latin America. As it is a LATAM chair, it plays an important role in influencing CMOs and local directors. Besides that, will deal with various stakeholders with whom the function demands an important role in alignment, relationships and influence creating strategies to achieve multiple needs and objectives. As instance: Different sales channels, including own stores and a wide variety of retailers Seven subsidiaries with unique structures and needs Three Business Units – 1) Smartphones 2) TVs and 3) White Goods. Roles and responsibilities: Definition of LATAM Point of Sale strategies and execution, through data analysis and constant process improvement. Adapt the needs and communications of the Samsung brand and products to retail, maintaining message consistency and generating greater interaction with the consumer. Responsible for analysis to define store profiles, targets and development of the consumer experience. Develop robust strategic concepts that tackle short, mid, long term results taking into account multiple areas. Management of implementations and creation of reports for leadership. Bring innovations and “phygital experience” to the point of sale Background & Experience Strong organization and Project Management skills to develop plans and execution. Trade Marketing experience. Be able to produce and deliver impactful and clear presentations for leadership approval. Data-driven profile, focused on delivering results. Previous experience in retail projects for Latam. Translating the need for the brand and product to have an analytical vision, to measure the results and definitions of KPI's. Advanced/Fluent English. Why is Samsung Electronics the place to be?
