As a Business Development Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue for Latin America Region . You will work closely with the commercial team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as manage existing partnerships and collaborations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans, working closely with the commercial teams, to drive business growth and revenue in the Latin America region.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances, aligning with our commitment to innovation.
- Oversee existing partnerships and collaborations to ensure successful outcomes and foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, providing critical insights to support business development strategies.
- Effectively communicate strategies and outcomes to c-suite executives, demonstrating a deep understanding of business goals and market dynamics.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Extensive experience (more than 5 years) in Business Development/ Marketing area, in B2B environment. Commercial work experience and proven track record of success in business development and strategy
- Previous experience in Food market will be a plus
- Highly organized and planful, with strong project management skills
- Inquisitive mindset with an ability to think creatively and critically
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior executives
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to develop and implement effective business plans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and collaborative work environment
- Ability to travel at least 50% in Latin America or USA
- Position could be based in Brazil (São Paulo state) or Mexico
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
