Job description
RINA is currently recruiting for a HR Intern (Payroll)to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil within the Global Human Resources Division.
• Provide hands-on support of operational activities across data, processes and HR systems for LATAM countries;
• Collaborate with payroll department to provide support throughout the vacation and time control process (collect and input timesheet data);
• Support the overall employee lifecycle transactions such as:
- Onboarding.and Offboarding process;
- Ensure all new hires are properly enrolled at all the applicable benefits.
- Create, update, and maintain personnel files, ensuring appropriate documentation and electronic file maintenance.
- Preparation of monthly payroll reports (turnover, cost centers indicators and others).
- Be the first point of contact to support on employees queries.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Availability to work 6 hours per day & 30 hours per week (from 9am to 4pm);
• Students of Business Administration or Accountant with graduation by Dec/2026;
• Ideally intermediate and advanced English;
• Spanish is a plus
• Intermediate Microsoft office knowledge;
