About the Position

We are seeking a high-energy and personable Outbound Sales Specialist with experience in financial services or compliance-minded products to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have a strong understanding of sales automation tools, and be adept at using a multi-pronged approach to outreach. This individual will play a key role in early consumer outreach, sign-ups, and investor follow-ups, contributing to our overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Early Consumer Outreach & Sign-Ups:

    • Initiate outreach to potential customers to generate early interest and sign-ups.

    • Engage with leads and prospects in a proactive and personable manner.

  2. Multi-Pronged Outreach:

    • Utilize various channels for outreach, including SMS, email, LinkedIn, Telegram, social media, and telephone calls.

    • Develop and execute personalized communication strategies for each lead.

  3. Investor Follow-Ups:

    • Follow up with potential investors to provide updates and address inquiries.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors.

  4. Sales Automation Tools & Reporting:

    • Utilize sales automation tools to streamline outreach and manage leads.

    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and produce regular reports.

  5. Financial Services Expertise:

    • Leverage knowledge of financial services and compliance to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

    • Address client concerns regarding compliance and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

  1. Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in financial services or compliance-minded products.

    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  2. Skills & Competencies:

    • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • High energy, personable, and proactive in reaching out to potential clients.

    • Familiarity with sales automation tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.

    • Experience using multiple outreach channels (SMS, email, LinkedIn, social media, telephone calling, etc.).

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
