Job description
Responsibilities:
1 Detailed Planning of the works execution base on High Level technical solutions and migration scenarios, do risks assessment and prevent accidents within implementation works.
2. Deeply participate within HLD solution validation between Customer and ZTE, immediately highlight/escalate any problematic case, can’t be implemented or/and might cause to network interruption or service unavailability/or such as impossible to implement.
3. Prepare MOP and standard works step-by step description for smooth works operation.
4. Prepare SOP for the Nodes commissioning, integration and troubleshooting.
5. Prepare SOP and regulations for the Readiness before migration.
6. Set up and create emergency plan/schedule for customer complaints before/within/after migration, Roll-Back procedure.
7. Create alarm monitoring system/ troubleshooting procedure/KPI reporting and SLA. Ensure respective Technical team under his supervision reporting timely and in agreed/approved
8. Set the technical delivery milestone and ensure the achievement.
9. Overall technical support and guideline.
10. Create and systemize all databases, required for the works planning and further execution
11. Technical team building, management, tasks definition to team members for whole project and then - on weekly and daily basis.
12. Strategically plan resources, software/technical support for upcoming projects to ensure no gaps will happen within migration.
13. Team members work load evaluation and adjustment recommendations according to upcoming projects.
14. Continuous training and coaching of team members.
15. Technical issue support and resolve by proper management.
16. Technical team member’s skill improvement.
17. Customer relation improvement and satisfaction.
18. Send daily/weekly report for the open/closed alarms
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
2. 5 years experience in technical director for bearer product of telecommunication area, previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred.
3. Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication skill.
4. Proficient in English and Portuguese
