Hvordan vil du BIDRAGE og VOKSE?

Reporting to the Director, Investments, you are responsible for supporting the management of the strategic planning process and the investment decision for Air Liquide North America Cluster. This role will focus on the investment decision process, support the investment controllers and business units in the development of tracking of projects and the review/preparation of the documents and financial analysis for the investment committees.

1. Validation of the Strategy
a. To understand and present the business opportunity and explain how it fits the Hub/Cluster/WBL strategy
b. To validate if the investment/acquisition target is aligned with the Group Strategy

2. Ensure Approval before Offer -- Assess and present the following:
a. What is the recommended solution and business case with expected returns?
b. How does the Air Liquide offer differentiate from competition?
c. Are the potential social and environmental impacts being addressed consistently with the guidelines of the Corporate Sustainability Program?

3. Request for Capital
a. Establish the final investment amount (+/- 5%)
b. Confirm the full execution plan, timing, required resources, etc.

4. Progress Monitoring
a. Maintain and update on the progress of the execution and profitability of approved projects
- What has been accomplished
b. Monitor closely the investment decisions per tranche and per year.
c. Review Capital Expenditure Request (CER) numbers and implement Planned vs Actual cost reviews
d. Review the job order costing of Installation projects and ensure proper project revenue recorgnition
e. Work together with Cost centre owner to have cost alligned with Budget.

Er du et MATCH?

• Diploma: Bachelor in Commerce/Administration (finance, accounting, CPA) or another Bachelor degree with relevant experience in financial analysis. MBA/MSC Preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate dedication to uncompromising accuracy in data management; attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on monthly deliverables.
• Ability to function in a team environment with extensive flexibility and limited direct supervision; ambitious, engaged individuals will be successful in this role.
• Works safely; aligns with AL policies and procedures.
