POSITION OVERVIEW:

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as the Head of Sales. As a key leadership role within the organization, the Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing sales team, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our B2B Enterprise SaaS platform. Our growth strategy for the upcoming years will be centered on expanding our presence in Brazil and the USA markets. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives;
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team;
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture;
- Provide coaching and guidance to enhance individual and team performance.
Sales Planning and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with overall company objectives;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges;
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key clients, particularly big brands in Marketing/Media Industry;
- Identify client needs and collaborate with the product development team to enhance our offerings;
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness;
- Implement best practices and technology tools to enhance sales operations.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on sales performance and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven track record of success in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales leadership roles, ideally in Martech/Mediatech;
- Strong understanding of the Marketing and Media industry and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, especially with big brands;
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
