Job description

For a leading Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Company in Austria we are hiring a production manager for a permanent on-site job in Austria, Europe. Willingness to relocate is required - we will provide full visa sponsorship and relocation assistance.

Role & responsibilities

• ownership of various production-related responsibilities
• quality control in assembly (switchboards)
• efficient workshop management in coordination and close collaboration with the workshop manager
• management of logistics and material handling
• technical maintenance and support
• managerial responsibility for your team

Requirements

• university degree in a technical field
• minimum of 3 years of experience as an engineer in a production/manufacturing environment
• good computer skills
• good English skills
• willingness to learn German
• customer and service focus
• willingness to travel (about 10% of travel overall)
• team player, resilience, and commitment to excellence
• driver's license
