We are urgently seeking a dynamic and proactive Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales of our innovative Health Technology Platform, operating on a SaaS model. This exciting opportunity is based in Brasília , Brazil
and demands a results-driven professional with a transparent and fast-paced working style.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 5-12 years in healthcare sales.
- Essential Background: Prior sales experience specifically targeting hospitals and medical professionals in Indonesia.
- Strong Network: Established connections within the medical community, including doctors, clinics, and hospitals in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Educational Qualification: Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for our Health Technology SaaS products, primarily targeting B2B clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct extensive market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Maintain transparent and frequent communication, including market insights and customer feedback.
- Analyze performance data weekly to aggressively pursue sales goals and targets.
- Operate as an individual contributor, meeting sales targets independently with robust company support in terms of tools and data.
