As our Business Development Manager , your primary focus will be identifying and securing new business opportunities. You'll report directly to our Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO), collaborating closely with our Marketing team. Your role may also involve active participation in events as an attendee and host and leading partnership strategies. Key Responsibilities Identify and cultivate new opportunities across startups and enterprise companies. Manage sales funnel by qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients throughout the sales process, and creating proposals and sales presentations Collaborate with our Solutions Architect to develop product strategies that align with client objectives, considering budget, timeline, and business goals. Craft and present client proposals with the support of our Solutions Architect. Negotiate MSA and SOW terms, leveraging our operational and legal resources as needed. Engage actively with local startup and enterprise tech communities through meet-ups, conferences, and events. Foster partnerships by nurturing relationships with potential lead-generating partners. Provide proactive feedback to leadership to enhance our market positioning. Cultivate ongoing relationships post-sale to generate referrals and maintain top-of-mind awareness. Ideal Candidate 5-10 years of sales experience in digital product agencies or technology consultancies. Seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of diverse companies, industries, and market dynamics. Proficient in networking, adept at generating digital and in-person leads, and skilled at crafting sales strategies to meet targets. Located near prominent tech hubs across the US. Comfortable discussing technology and adept at guiding solutions through effective questioning. Strong communicator capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and elevate business objectives. Track record of exceeding sales quotas. Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and advocate for customers. Naturally curious with a history of rapid learning. Organized with multitasking abilities and minimal oversight requirements. Experience with CRM-based sales activity tracking and reporting. Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starting mindset. Passionate about digital products and tech innovations shaping the future. Solution-oriented, with a focus on problem-solving and driving new client business. Excellent communication skills, adept at building strong relationships. Compensation Base salary: $100k/year. Uncapped commission with quarterly bonuses based on target achievement.
