Description:

The role of the Technical Support Specialist_ Field Service is to provide professional service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs and maintenance of Arctech solar equipment in PV plants across Brazil. The Field Service Specialist will work within the guidelines and will follow the established procedures when representing Arctech.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all the claims and client’s communication of the on-going projects;
  2. To monitor all the process and deadlines of the sold contracts;
  3. Increase customer satisfaction through field services in PV plants across Brazil
  4. Have sales-oriented mentality, and problem-solving attitude.
  5. Provide customers with technical services on the whole life cycle of product.
  6. Technical support in product service, product training and applications including on-site audits.
  7. Document all required information for each site (technical report).
  8. Other work of service arranged by the company.

Qualifications:

  1. Must study in Engineering or technical related majors.
  2. Needs to be motivated and have willing to work in a multicultural environment.
  3. With good teamwork ability and anti-pressure ability.
  4. With 0~3 years proven technical experiences in field projects, PV solar experience is a plus
  5. Can adapt to frequent travel work.
  6. Language skills and communication skills suitable for project type support.
  7. Skilled use of computer office software, etc.
  8. Speaking English and Spanish is a plus.
  9. Driver's license and passport are required.
