RESPONSABILTIES: The Retail trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for retail teams in the telephone sector. Develop personalized training programs for retail teams, focusing on improving sales techniques, product knowledge and trade marketing strategies in the telephone sector. Develop teaching materials, manuals and visual resources to support training programs, keeping them updated in accordance with telephone market trends. Collaborate with the sales management team to identify training needs and propose improvements to sales processes and marketing strategies. EXPERIENCE: Have experience to hold the big training event, such as workshop, client training ect. SKILLS: FLUENT ENGLISH
