About the role
(100% remote)

Sandbox kids is currently on the lookout for a highly motivated Growth Analyst to support our growth and expansion strategy across 4 different apps and geos. You will be responsible for growth strategies for User Acquisition and Engagement. You will have autonomy to suggest, implement and report all the activities regarding Performance Marketing. You will help to build a global growth process for D2C apps and Web campaigns across all geos.   

What you will be doing:

• User Acquisition Campaigns for app/web - such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads
• ASO initiatives
• Create reports
• Funnel analysis (web/app)
• CRM support (send and analyze emails/push notifications)
• Implement/Support  App/Web Analytics implementation (tool implementation; event implementation;...)
• Manage creative process

What you´ll need to succeed in this role:

• +2 years of performance marketing experience
• Knowledge of User Acquisition campaigns
• Previous experience in Mobile App growth strategies
• Knowledge of CRM (push notification/email campaigns)
• Knowledge of Appsflyer or any other MMP
• Knowledge of Firebase (A/B Test for conversion optimization)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics - GA4
• Knowledge of SEO
• Experience on Google Tag Manager
• Data-driven
• Very organized
• Self-learned
• Advanced english - all hiring process will be in english
