The Account Technology Specialist/ GOV is the leader responsible for designing the strategy and architecture to drive digitalization and innovation agenda of our enterprise customers and acts as the Innovation and DT Thought Leader. With deep industry knowledge, broad technology skills and unparalleled business acumen; S-Client Technology Lead starts with Innovation/ DT agenda of our customers, connects industry/business priorities to technology strategy and develops value propositions which align with our customer’s business strategies, leveraging the rich portfolio of Microsoft and its partner ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
•Create and qualify net new Stage 1 pipe from your customer knowledge and agreed 3-H strategy, generate a roadmap to open new rooms of the house and drive revenue, adoption and consumption
•Drive Business growth and tech transformation through mainstream solution plays and partner co-sell; lead tech roadmap planning to drive consumption pipeline creation and governance with the customer
•Embrace MSFT selling methodology to orchestrate specialist and partner resources ensuring pipeline velocity
•Create thought leadership with customer to land Halo and Solution Area conversations creating net new stage 1 pipeline, esp. AI, Industry, and Security
•Use insightful listening and situational fluency to influence the customer, build agreement to create new business and advance the customer in new transformational technologies,
Customer Strategy Leadership
•Account Strategy Envisioning workshops executed for Strategic accts / accts with full account plan
•Technical portion of the account plan, including customer-approved 3-Horizon plan, up to date and aligned with customer’s priorities
•Customer’s tech landscape and roadmap documented and regularly maintained and used in communication with the extended acct team to drive new business
•Customer conversations are aligned to the Customer Plan
Technology Relevant Trusted Seller
•Create net new stage 1 pipe through TDM engagement, managing opportunity accuracy and hygiene to achieve revenue and consumption targets
•Lead regular governance of consumption pipeline, identify and handle potential shortfalls to achieve targets
•Orchestrate and align all internall resources and Partner resources across solutions to ensure pipeline velocity
•Key customer stakeholders (TDM/BDM) presented with customized and adapted narrative, resulting new pipe from the associated Solution Plays aligned to customer’s business priorities
•Create referenceable customer win stories that can be used to showcase MSFT value proposition in these areas
