Job description

As LATAM Human Resources Manager you will play a fundamental role in our companys expansion project in Latin American. This role requires a dynamic and trilingual professional (English Spanish and Portuguese) based in Sao Paulo Brazil. And will collaborate closely with leadership teams to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies programs and practices in the Latam region.

Responsibilities:

1. Experience 5 years or more in performing Strategic HR Leadership in line with the companys goals

2. Ability to manage employee relations in all directions

3. Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits policies

4. Experience in Talent Development and Recruitment strategies

5. Knowledge of risks laws and regulations related to HR in the Latam region

6. Ability to perform with different cultures in the Latam region.

7. Practical ability to perform in the first years without a structure in charge and then develop a compact team.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Manager in a technology company preferably in the LATAM region.
  3. Trilingual proficiency in English Spanish and Portuguese (mandatory condition).
  4. Indepth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Brazil and other LATAM countries.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fastpaced environment.
