We are a Silicon Valley ecommerce company looking for motivated individuals for a remote Customer Success Specialist position. As the world's leading website plugin library, we support users on platforms such as Shopify, Wix, and Weebly. We’re looking for a full-time agent that is interested in growing with the company long-term!
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES - Ability to work 8 hours a day Monday-Friday in a United States time zone
- Professional spoken English, this role will be conversing with English speaking customers throughout the day
- Help newly upgraded customer with their new product (training provided)
- Working with Zendesk and internal reporting tools (training provided)
- Comfortable making cold calls, leaving voicemails, and documenting conversations
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS - Ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with Google suite/website design preferred, but not required
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
- Device Requirement: Reliable laptop or desktop computer and internet connection
- Compensation: $900 USD Monthly
