Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Engineer(Help desk). You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer support and operational solutions for our cloud based application. This role will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. Qualifications Experience in Customer Support and Technical Support Ability to troubleshoot technical issues Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities. being quick learner with strong analytical skills A can-do attitude and willingness to work non-regular hours occasionally
