We are looking for Junior Technical Support Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career.
Job Details:
Act on calls relating to the client's legacy systems;
Run scripts and queries to solve problems;
Answer phone calls to provide support to users.
Mandatory Skills
Knowledge in PL/SQL
Knowledge of Power Shell
Job and script monitoring
Knowledge of Zabbix, Control M,
Understanding ITIL
Work automation notions
Availability to work on 12x36 shift, 7 pm to 7 am BRT – mandatory
