Answering helpdesk phone calls, creating/resolving tickets in ITSM Tool

Setup, configure and install new PCs and related hardware; ensure security updates are current for all PCs and laptops.
Provide first line support on sysadmin tasks (MS Active Directory 2016/2019 administration including creating users, passwords, DNS, DHCP)
Support various specialized applications (Windows 10 and Apple Mac, MS Office 2016/2019, Web browsers, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop, Kaspersky AV and endpoint protection)
Server administration; assist in the implementation and support of new server and network infrastructure hardware (IBM Servers, Cisco networking devices, Dell workstations, Canon printers)
What You Should Have/Know:
This an internship and therefore we can only accept students enrolled in an accredited University in Sao Paulo, and ideally those who have no less than 1 year until their graduation
One must be able to work on-site at the Sao Paulo office in Villa Lobos and have proper transportation to and from the area
Current University students studying Computer Networking, Computer Engineering or similar courses will be preferred
Thorough knowledge of current techniques and hardware capabilities of personal computers and local area networks, with proficiency in Windows, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and Microsoft Office
Fluent English helpful as well as Portuguese with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and some experience of IP networks (Routing, Firewall)
Have general knowledge of MS Active Directory (AD) technology, basic skills of working with AD console.
Knowledge of Mac desired
