The Position

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will play a pivotal role with the following key responsibilities:

-Operationalize the Quality Management System (QMS) and uphold Good Warehousing and Distribution Practices (GWDP) with Sanitary Technical Responsibility at Novo Nordisk's National Distribution Center.
-Manage processes related to QMS, including document control, procedural adherence, training, non-conformity resolution, audits, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and supplier qualification.
-Ensure GWDP compliance by overseeing temperature/humidity monitoring, validating transport processes, qualifying storage equipment/areas thermally, conducting calibrations, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to activities performed by the Logistics Operator.
-Conduct thorough assessments of Novo Nordisk products, ensuring compliance with specific temperature/humidity requirements and stability studies.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives within internal processes, contributing to the overall success of the company. Embrace and embody the values established in Novo Nordisk Way and Business Ethics.

Qualifications

-University degree in Pharmacy.
-Fluency in English.
-Registration with the CRF (Regional Pharmacy Council) along with an active CRF certificate. 
-Extensive expertise in utilizing quality management tools, coupled with a strong background working with cold chain distribution.
-Experience in Good Warehousing and Distribution Practices (BPDA - RDC430/2020).
-Availability to work in shifts (06am to 04pm, 09am to 07pm, or 10pm to 06am).
