Job description
Position: Wireless Network Optimization Engineer
1. Mainly responsible for optimizing 4G&5G network, including KPI/ RF/ Parameter optimization, etc.
2. Configure scripts for the site's commissioning, monitoring, and optimizing KPI to meet acceptance criteria.
3. Regularly carry out technical communication and training with customers to build stable customer relationships.
4. As an interface person between customers and our R&D, to track and handle network issues quickly.
1. Familiar with 4G&5G network technology, Signaling analysis, and parameter configurations, having working experience in wireless optimization is preferred.
2. Understand wireless products, familiar with some operations of Element Management System and drive test software such as Pioneer / TEMS.
3. Be capable of communicating in Portuguese and English.
4. Have good awareness of customer service and team cooperation and coordination.
