Job Summary: Mia Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer that can help the Salesforce IT team with complex projects to help drive efficiencies throughout the organization. We’re looking for someone who takes a proactive approach to development and likes communicating with the team throughout the process. This is an exciting role, as the Developer will contribute to design and development. Our developers speak directly with the business at all levels. Mia Aesthetics is growing quickly, and priorities can shift quickly. It will be critical the person in this role is able to adapt to change, while executing on the needs of the growing business. Duties & Responsibilities: Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures Documents development processes and workflows Maintains process documentation and field maps Manages system changes without interruption to the user as directed by the Salesforce Development Manager Clear understanding of Salesforce access and data sharing models Strong understanding of Salesforce com capabilities and limitations Help with design and development of new processes and systems within the Salesforce environment utilizing best practices. Develop and perform customization of the Salesforce.Com platform using Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components and Aura components Manage multiple tasks and priorities utilizing an evolving Scrum process Assist departments in formulating requirements, advises on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised processes Coordinates with IT on implementation and post implementation support Assists with maintenance of team scrum board Other duties as required/assigned Supervisory Responsibilities: · None Required Skills/Abilities: Strong data and software application skills Excellent communication skills Self-motivated Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests with a professional and courteous attitude Analytical/ problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and a desire to work in highly complex system. Education and Experience: Salesforce Developer Certification (I or II) 5+ years of experience with Force.Com developer toolkit – Apex, VisualForce, Lightning and Aura, Force.Com IDE, Force.Com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs 5+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and XML Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering multiple phone calls per day Travel Requirements: Semi Annual visits to Command Headquarters
