Job description

1 Mission Act as an internal consultant for the HCM Module, answering tickets from the HR Area, in accordance with the established SLA's. 2 – Job Descriptions Act as the HR Services lead for SAP Payroll Management development, defect identification, and defect resolution. Analysis of payroll / time schemas to identify root cause and solution of pay & time discrepancies. Must have ability to perform configuration for HCM modules of HR: Payroll (evaluation & schemas). Resolve complex defects related to Overtime, social security calculation, legal reporting, allowances, sickness, taxes, posting, payslips and others specific payroll configurations. Participates in SAP HR projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery of HR Services. Ensure time and attendance data integrity. Extensive and proven SAP HCM & Payroll configuration skills Understanding HR requirements and converting them into an IT language/solution, critical and analytical thinking skills, problem solving skills, working independently and communicating effectively at all hierarchical levels in the company. Deep technical knowledge of the HCM tool that allows providing support to the HR Area. Knowledge in HelpDesk management tools, preferably ITSM (Service Now). Act as a technical consultant (level 3), answering calls relevant to the HCM Module and ensuring established SLA's. Interact with consultants and Global Team. Report as early as possible technical risks that could compromise the operation of the HR Area. Provide status report to HR and IT managers. Act as a facilitator between the HR and IT teams, as well as with the Global Team. 3 – Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems. 5+ years of experience with SAP HCM module (Payroll module), experience in at least 1 large ERP/HCM implementation project, full life cycle (preferably with Workday integration). Good understanding of legal requirements, process, guidelines and Human Resources practices. Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, excellent management of stakeholders and suppliers. Fluent English is mandatory. Must be able to work onsite in Campinas. Desirable knowledge in ADP, Workday, SOC and Senior. Desirable experience in international projects.
