Provides technical and scientific support to direct customers, sales representatives and service staff, advising on defining the correct configuration of the equipment/software in view of the customer's needs, as well as visits to verify installation prerequisites on site, being willing to travel nationally and internationally in up to 70% of the time.
researching technical documents and precedent cases that can support the organization of information and elaboration of corresponding material.
Train the user in the basic operation (Familiarization) of the system and simple maintenance such as changing consumables, maintenance care and cleaning.
Analyze technical manuals, translate if necessary, depicting basic conditions for product maintenance.
Support remotely (by phone or email), trying to detect failures and instruct correction, or direct to schedule a technical visit to detect and correct the problem.
Participate in training aimed at technical training in new equipment as well as knowledge recycling. In addition to providing training to teammates in order to pass on knowledge and share experiences.
Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on imaging line equipment (Microscopy and Tomography and X-ray), performing operational and functional tests, detecting and correcting problems through adjustments or replacement of plates, mechanical components and other parts that may be necessary.
Check "in loco" the fulfillment of pre-installation requirements, inspecting the electrical network, gases, existence of stabilizer and performs measurements checking the conditions of the place; installs the equipment or recommends measures to do so.
Assemble parts of the equipment, install and carry out functional (applications) and operational tests of the system, install and configure the "software".
Communicate the Technical Assistance Coordinator in cases of technical assistance involving installation procedures, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance or other activities, which may present problems that make it impossible to complete them related to the system configuration or if an event is identified that requires communication to the competent health authority.
