Chief Operational Officer – RS CTdoAgro is seeks a Chief Operational Officer, for its client, a multinational Chinese company on the crop protection sector. Main responsibilities: · Oversee operational performance, reporting progress to top management · Collaborate with CEO, CFO and HQ in formulating business strategies · Assist in assessing new business viability, products and plans · Ensure the efficiency of commercial operations and adequate resources management · Lead and guide the commercial team towards the company's goals and objectives · Responsible for leading and conducting sales, directors and sales team daily operations, supporting CEO · Responsible for communication and cooperation with China HQ regarding supply chain, pricing, and distribution channels · Manage the Logistics team, implementing best practices, negotiating with logistics partners and delivering company and client efficiency Requirements: · Education: Agricultural Engineering · Postgraduate degree or MBA: in Agribusiness Management or People Management (desirable) · Experiences: o As manager of multidisciplinary teams in agribusiness o Commercial or Regional Sales Manager for agricultural pesticides o Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of Strategic Operational Planning o Leadership and people management · Knowledge: o About market dynamic, competitors, and trends in the agricultural pesticides sector o Supply chain, prices, and distribution channels o National agribusiness logistics o Customer Service in the field of agricultural pesticides · Language: Fluent English (mandatory) · Availability for frequent travel · Workplace: Porto Alegre - RS REGISTER YOUR CV ON THE LINK, UNTIL: February, 14 th , 2024 Consultoria Talentos do Agro - CT Agro - CTdoAgro #vagadeemprego #contratando Saiba mais sobrenossas vagas pelo LinkedIn: #J-18808-LjbffrJob tags
