Job responsibilities:
1.Participate in the construction work of ERP data warehouse,Financial data system (metrics, reports and dashboard);
2.Responsible for the optimization of data warehouse ETL process and solving related technical problems;
3.Participate in data product design and review to ensure the stability of data platform architecture;
4.Provide data support for daily project requirements, and to a certain extent, give assessment and advice.
5.Help maintain finance cluster and servers located in Brazil.
- Work alongside the international ERP product team on the construction of international ERP data-related projects, which encompass various domains including budgeting, procurement, contracts, financial shared services, taxation, funding, and accounting, with projects not limited to Brazil but spanning globally.
- Respond to the data-related needs of international users (from teams such as procurement, contracts, finance, taxation, funding, and accounting) by providing data-related services on-demand or regularly, which include data metrics, reports, dashboards, and more.
- Collaborate with the headquarters' data team to jointly build and optimize ERP data-related systems, addressing technical issues and enhancing existing solutions.
- Provide operational and maintenance support for current systems, including the management of system nodes and server operations for the deployed system in Brazil.
1.In-depth understanding of commonly used data modeling theories, can independently control the design of the data warehouse at all levels;.
2.Familiar with big data ecosystem, proficient in Hdfs, Hive development, familiar with Spark, Presto, Clickhouse, StarRocks, with tuning experience;.
3.Understanding of data governance, engaged in governance-related work, understand the importance of data governance;.
4.Strong programming skills and programming experience, at least familiar with Java/Python programming language, familiar with linux system, proficient in the use of Shell.
5.Three or more years of ETL development experience.
6.Have a certain degree of data analysis capabilities, with data sensitivity and desire to explore, focus on the value of data discovery and transformation.
7.Ability to sort out complex business requirements, strong product thinking ability and problem analysis ability, good communication skills, organizational skills and teamwork spirit;
8.Good in oral and written English;
