Job description
My client, one of the big names in the igaming industry, is looking for a Analytics Lead Engineer to join their dynamic team in São Paulo .
In this role you can work
100% remotely or have a
hybrid model going to the office 2-3 days per week.
Your responsibilities will span from guiding teams in conceptualizing and implementing elegant solutions to providing mentorship in coding, testing, and performance analysis methodologies. As an Analytics Lead Engineer, you will also stay abreast of emerging technologies and advocate for their integration within our framework.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead team-wide empowerment initiatives, fostering collaboration and motivation among members to achieve shared objectives.
- Break down complex tasks and provide guidance to reporting engineers, steering them towards robust technical solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, showcasing best practicesand innovations.
- Collaborate with management to identify and onboard top talent and mentor new engineers.
- Establish cross-organizational engineering standards and guidelines, fostering a culture of quality and contribution across teams.
Desired experience and skillset: - 6+ years of experience writing and optimizing SQL code for both data reportingand manipulation.
- Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in ETL/ELT , Data Warehouse Architecture, Data Modeling , & Reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Data Governance principles.
- Strong team player.
- Nice to have: experience or exposure to Azure , Microsoft BI stack, CI/CD practices, Python or Scala.
