Our client a thriving construction company in California with 20 yrs of success seeks a skilled Remote Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager whos fluent in English and Ukrainian/Russian languages. Requirements

• 3 years of successful fullcycle recruitment experience
• Full professional working proficiency in English Ukrainian/Russian
  
• Excellent in sourcing screening interviewing hiring onboarding and offboarding
  
• Experience in ADU Construction Real Estate or Property Management is a plus
  
• Experience in running HR meetings and activities to track and enhance the NPS/mood is a plus
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Excellent people and time management skills
  
• Excellent proficiency in using ATS CRM AI tools dashboards and other software
